I first joined Big Mike's Bootcamp last year in 2014 and it kicked off my weight loss. Waking up for his 6am class is tough but once I have completed, I am glad that I have started off my day off on the right foot, and it motivates me to eat healthy through out the day. 

He changes up the workouts every month, and he motivates you and pushes you to do more! Big Mike is a positive trainer and he is always great! 

Working out at the Beach is 1000% better than at the gym, at least for me. The workouts are tough, and for weight you can add as much weight as you think you can hadle. I started off with 2 scoops of sand into the bags, and am now at 4 scoops. 

I have gained muscle and lost fat while working out with Big Mike. 

I highly recommend it!
