I don't remember when I ever said "I look forward to working out today" but with Big Mike's Boot Camp I said it before every workout. I've lost 10 lbs in almost 2 months and I feel stronger physically, but most importantly, I feel stronger mentally. 

Mike's workouts are innovative, unpredictable, and super challenging. He pushes you when it matters and encourages you to do better than you thought you could. Mike, himself, is an approachable and jubilant guy and it is a privilege to have him has a trainer. The best part about these workouts is that you are on a team and it feels great to workout with good people who have a common goal of being strong and staying healthy. 

The personalized result tracker page is awesome and it's really interesting to track how much you have progressed. It all looks good on paper and you look even better in the mirror!! The newsletters are not only informative, but inviting. It really shows how much of an amazing community Big Mike has created and I'm excited to be a part of it.
