A Santa Monica sunrise beach workout with an unbelievable trainer.  I have been working out with Big Mike for 5 months now.  Super motivational, mixes things up to keep you interested, and offers 3 different time slots, so makes it easy if you have a busy work schedule.

Prior to starting bootcamp my blood pressure was off the charts to the point of having to be on medication.  I'm 37! Not only have I lost 13 lbs, I feel stronger, and healthier. My blood pressure is back to when it was when I was 19. If you need a change in your life, this is a fantastic way to start.  It's only 3 days a week.
