Hey, I hear that all the time from my boot camp clients after about 3-4 weeks into beginning their workouts. What's happening is that most of our over-eating is stress-related, we use food to medicate and calm ourselves from the continual onslaught of our daily pressures.
After about a month of consistent working out, our bodies crave food less and less (usually fat and sugary foods) because we are replacing it with much healthier stress-burning activity. At this point it becomes much EASIER to adopt a healthier eating plan. This is when I recommend that they start implementing their personalized Nutrition Programs.
