“I love to workout and I’m not easy to please. I want to work hard, I want to be motivated and I want to be challenged. The Ultimate Beach Workout not only meets my every demand, it exceeds it! Mike creates some amazing workouts that would be ridiculous (in the good way) if they were on the regular ground.  

So when you take his insanity (again, the good kind) and put it in the sand…GENIUS!! When I joined UBW, I considered myself to be in pretty decent shape. I exercised regularly and I was conscious of my eating, but my exercise routine lacked resistance/strength training. I wanted to lose about 10 lbs and gain some muscle. 

And now, 4 months later, I feel my physical endurance is reaching a whole new level and I’m seeing muscle in places I never thought I’d see muscle!

I don’t think there’s any workout that can compare to a workout with weights in the sand.  And do I even need to discuss the ocean view?  Come on…it’s the best beach body motivator EVER!!  And the UBW team is amazing…real people who want to get in shape or stay in shape! 

Everyone is friendly, supportive and inspiring.  I couldn’t ask to workout with a more fabulous group of people. UBW is the BEST boot camp on the beach! Mike, Jillian, 9AM-ers…I LOVE YOU GUYS! ”
