I found the workout sufficiently challenging. I came in at a pretty highly-trained level, and they modified the routine so that I continued to improve. Big Mike really stresses clean form, which is refreshing.
The fact that the workout happens on the sand is great. Low impact and tons of resistance. You will get better, stronger, leaner, and faster on this program.
