When I relocated to the west coast I found it difficult to meet new friends. Then I discovered Big Mike's Bootcamp. The first thing that struck me was that it is for every type of person and you are instantly made to feel at home by Mike and fellow boot campers.
I really needed to work on my core as I was having back and neck problems and also wanted to tone up. Within three weeks I could really see and feel the difference. A huge part of my choosing this bootcamp is Mike's friendly personality. He's professional and positive (no yelling and screaming or scare tactics). We have fun but don't lose focus on the goal of getting fit and working on our specific problem areas.
After my one month trial I was hooked. There are three different workouts each week and that cycle lasts for a month, giving you time to break your record on each particular workout. I never get bored of them. Each one is as challenging as you want to make it and it's a brilliant way to start your day.
So now, as well as improving my health under Mike's excellent, professional guidance, I also have a new group of like-minded friends.
